Life by Ritual is all about the tradition of craft. For ages, people have relied on nature and their own energy to brighten and enliven their daily habits. We have taken ancient ingredients and created contemporary products for each of your daily rituals.
I have a serious love of craft, constantly wanting to push and explore the traditions of handmade. I have been crafting natural products for 20 years and believe in the power of simple ingredients, connection to earth and conscious creations. Living in luxury doesn’t have to include chemicals, mass manufacturing or huge carbon footprints. It only need be about connection to natural elements and your own truth. Through daily ritual we create deeper connections with nature, our communities and ourselves. Through this connectivity we create a heightened level of consciousness.
I am learning to grow and forage some of the herbs in my body care products. I purchase the rest from Mountain Rose Herbs, who I believe have some of the most ethical resourcing practices.
I am a beginning potter with too much vision. Perhaps this is a product of our current paradigm, always onto the next thing. My pottery is challenging me to focus, to be patient and at the same time to embrace unexpected outcomes. My hope if that in the coming years I will be able to offer a clearer vision. For now, enjoy my process as it is really fun for me to have such an expansive outlet!
